Shipping and Returns
Following payment your order will be processed and readied for shipment within 24 hours. Standard delivery times within Germany is 1-2 working days, 5-10 working days for countries within the EU and 5-15 working days for countries outside of the EU.
Once your order has been readied for shipment you will receive by email a tracking number from our carrier partner. It may take up to 48 hours for any status update to take place. If there has been no update in this time, please contact us at email@example.com.
If within 28 days of receipt of your order, you are not happy with your purchase and it remains in an unused condition in its original packaging you are able to return your order to Hotflush recordings for a refund. We ask that you first email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your decision. At this time we will send a return slip for completion along along with instructions to ensure a smooth refund process.
If returning goods from outside of the EU, please ensure a copy of the original invoice is included with the goods to ensure that there are no extended delays due to customs processing.
Refunds on returned items
The processing time for a returned item is 1-2 days from receipt of the return. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge receipt of the goods and an update on the refund process status.
Upon review of your return, the refund will then be processed to your original method of payment. The refund may take between 7-10 working days to reach you depending on your chosen payment service.
